That's a good question. I decided to check into it. You can actually get a virtual office with 2500 minutes, three phone numbers, 50 extensions and voicemail, forwarding, etc. for about 75 bucks a month.

But here's the catch. Phone.com doesn't seem to offer the premium business address. It doesn't offer the receptionist to answer your calls. So that's the difference that I can see.

Phone.com has a really low entry level package. I've not explored this virtual office provider much beyond that low-cost package. It really stands out from the crowd.

I can't help thinking, though, that to really leverage the kinds of services we would need it would cost more like $99 a month in the end. Has anyone used Phone.com's services first hand?

Yeah, I'd like to see the list of winners, too. I just went on the website. We won't find out which of Phone.com's competitors made it on the list, or what new virtual office providers may have emerged, for a few more days.

Congratulations Phone.com. This is a neat company and I'm glad to see that it has been recognized. I think this virtual office provider is on a streak. It seems to win this award every year. I'd love to see the list of the other winners of the 800 number services and VoIP providers that were recognized.
