I have been pleasantly surprised with my live web chat experiences. I used them extensively when shopping for cable/internet providers.

Now, do the receptionists lead viewers of DaVinci to the sites of clients? Or do they provide leads to DaVinci for more potential users of the Live Web Chat Service? Either way, it's interesting to combine the job of receptionist and salesperson, if in fact that's what is going on.

The proof will be in the testing. I wonder if they did any beta testing of this live web chat service with loyal customers. Some testimonials are always nice to get the ball rolling with a new service, especially a technology service. I do think there is a huge market demand for web chat services like this, though. Companies can use this as a competitive differentiator, at least for now. Eventually, though, it will be a must have.

Sounds like a bargain to me. $49 a month to increase conversion rates... just a few sales -- or one major lead -- can pay for that. I think Davinci Virtual is very perceptive of market needs to roll out a live web chat service right now. It's one more way to cut customer service costs while also improving customer service.
