Davinci Virtual Office Solutions Celebrate Four Years in Business
Published May 4th, 2010 by Jennifer LeClaire
Has it been four years already? Davinci Virtual is celebrating its fourth anniversary in business. Despite a global recession, the virtual office company is going strong and growing fast, surpassing all of its projected milestones in just its fourth year of operation.
Indeed, Davinci Virtual has emerged as the leading provider of virtual office solutions. That’s an amazing feat seeing as many virtual office companies were alive and well long before Davinci Virtual was an idea in president and CEO Bill Grodnik’s head.
The difference between Davinci Virtual and other providers may be a grander vision, a more aggressive growth strategy, a partnership strategy, or continued innovation. I suppose you could argue for one or all of those points. What is clear is that Davinci Virtual has strengthened its position as a market leader for turnkey virtual office solutions around the world.
“We are very proud to celebrate four years of continued growth, innovation and success,” Grodnik says. “We will continue to grow our worldwide virtual office location network, develop cutting edge technologies and add best of breed virtual office solutions on a global scale. We really truly are enjoying what we do and it shows.”
Davinci’s Smart Moves
I think one of the smartest moves Davinci Virtual has made is to build out specific Web sites for each of its core service offerings. Davinci Virtual has invested in an attractive, user-friendly online experience that welcomes would-be customers and current clients to explore the possibilities of virtual office systems and meeting rooms.
Davinci has also been smart about seizing ancillary opportunities. Rather than just renting virtual office space, the company looked at virtual office technologies that help companies work smarter, faster and more efficiently. Davinci added those product lines and thereby added to their revenue stream. Examples include Live Web Chat, one of the company’s latest product announcements. Live Web Chat isn’t directly related to a virtual office space, but it is in line with what companies that do business virtually need in order to provide better customer service.
Davinci’s networking strategy has also helped it expand quickly. The virtual office solutions company boasts more than 750 locations around the world, serving more than 6,000 companies and entrepreneurs in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Central America, Asia and Australia. Davinci doesn’t own all those locations. It has rather built a network of partners.
At the end of the day, Davinci Virtual has exceeded its financial goals, in part, by setting the stage for its clients to exceed their financial goals through cost-cutting. With services like local and toll-free numbers, unified messaging, voice and video conferencing, live call answering, and virtual assistants, Davinci Virtual helps businesses offer a professional image without high cost of traditional office space.

I didn’t realize Davinci Virtual was such a young company. That is impressive. Davinci has done a lot for the entire virtual office industry with its turnkey solutions. I imagine Regus probably actually serves more virtual office clients. But I could be wrong since Davinci Virtual is more a pure play virtual office provider. In any case, congrats to Davinci Virtual!

Yes, congratulations to Davinci. That’s quite an accomplishment in only four years of doing business in the virtual office industry. You have to really look and see what they have done to grow so big so fast. You sort of did that in your article. I wonder if Davinci can sustain that growth rate, though. It’s one thing to get out of the gate in a hurry. It’s another thing to keep the pace.
