What’s interesting to me is that their virtual office site, which is one of the pages on its regular web site for executive office suites and meeting rooms in Manhattan, look so much different than the other pages. That’s sort of startling when you click through and I think that is not ideal for the corporate image. They should have a similar look and feel across the site, or an entirely different site for the virtual offices.

I think it’s a very attractive Web site. It makes it easy for people who are trying to learn about virtual offices, their feature and their benefits, to do that quickly. It also entices you to order now by virtue of the tools and the call to action. I think visually it’s professional and pleasing. All things being equal, this website could help Corporate Business Suites compete more effectively on the virtual office services front.

I found the hot desk feature to be very interesting. That might not be a popular virtual office service in some parts of the country, but in cities that are prone to natural or man-made disasters, it could help avoid business interruption. It’s worth the investment and Corporate Business Suites is smart to bolster that virtual office offering right now.

Conversion Design. I hadn’t heard of that before. I’d like to know more about it. Web site design is so vital today — especially for virtual office providers. Think about it — most of the customers probably work from home and have a snappy web site. So they are going to look for a virtual office company that comes off just as professional as their own site — if not more.

Nice web site. I think it’s pretty slick and it does make it easy for folks to learn about the virtual office benefits. Nice online tools to make it easy to customize a virtual office plan. I didn’t see the old site either, but I’m guessing this new site is much more interactive than the old one. Corporate Business Suites is a classy operation.
