TradeCenter Executive Suites Offers “Green” Advantages

TradeCenter Executive Suites. Just the name sounds like a strategic location to do business, doesn’t it? It gives you the feeling that you are in a trade hub – and that’s because you are if you office there.

The name doesn’t disappoint. TradeCenter Executive Suites is just a few minutes drive from both Logan International Airport, Worcester Regional Airport, Boston-Manchester Airport, Hanscom Field and Beverly Airport. It’s also just a few yards from Route 38 off Interstate five and a mile north of the Burlington exit near Boston. That’s just 22 minutes from Downtown Boston. What Beantown businessman could ask for easier access?

Enviable Amenities
TradeCenter Executive Suites doesn’t just offer a strategic location, though. It offers  professional executive office suites and virtual offices. TradeCenter Executive Suites boasts 21,000 square feet of business center offices tucked away in the prestigious TradeCenter 128 building. This is the same building where the brand new Middlesex County Superior Court is located.

As far as amenities go, you get free garage parking, on-site restaurants (even a Dunkin’ Donuts), a full-service bank, child daycare availability, medical offices, and an on-site MBTA bus service line to Boston.

You can lease serviced office space in various sizes and there’s even state-of-the-art conference room. If you just want a virtual office, you can rent the conference room. You can also rent meeting rooms. Need a storage area for a trade show exhibit, marketing materials or just office files? TradeCenter Executive Suites has those too. As far as executive office suites go, I haven’t seen a nicer outfit.

The Green Factor
Beyond the location and amenities, the biggest competitive differentiators at TradeCenter Executive Suites is the green factor. TradeCenter 128 is LEED Gold certified. The developer, Cummings Properties, says the green design affords tenants five key benefits:

  • Increased productivity: Operable windows, upper floor balconies and energy recovery fresh-air ventilators provide improved air quality.
  • Plentiful natural light: With continuous glass curtainwalls and ribbon windows,  client suites are awash in sunlight throughout the workday.
  • Lower operating costs: Energy-efficient design and construction, high-performance glass, and premium efficiency HVAC and lighting systems.
  • Lower transportation costs: On-site public transportation, dedicated bicycle storage, and preferred parking for low-emission vehicles.
  • Environmentally friendly: LEED Gold shell and core pre-certified, convenient on-site recycling programs and green housekeeping.

So what are you waiting for? If you are looking for office space in Woburn, stop by TradeCenter Executive Suites and check it out. You’ll be office neighbors with the YMCA, the Woburn Historical Society and Northwestern Mutual.

The Green Factor. I love it. I think you’ve hit on something here. Serviced office owners who take up residence in green buildings may have an advantage in the long run. Given the opportunity to choose green over traditional buildings, I believe more office renters are going to choose green, unless it costs an arm and a leg more.

Boston is a great city and they have great office space there. I hadn’t heard of this TradeCenter Executive Suites before. It looks pretty new. Great location, great amenities. This is a real winner. I didn’t see any mention of a price. The only thing that might set back this serviced office provider is the monthly fees. I bet it’s expensive.

This is definitely class A office space. I’d say class AAA if there was such a thing. Wow. This serviced office space probably is really expensive. But what an impression the tenants at this executive office suite will make on their clients.

I bet these guys are pricing themselves out of the local serviced office market. Then again, compared to the traditional office space at the project, this is probably much less expensive. What a great opportunity to get into a super posh building at a discounted rate.

Bicycle storage. What a hoot. I wonder how many people who rent serviced office space in a Boston suburb are actually riding their bike to work. Seems like one of those amenities that makes you look good but nobody uses it. What good is it if nobody uses it?

The price for a single person office at TradeCenter Executive Suites start at $399 a month. It’s unlikely that you’ll find a better price and in a green building!

Cummings Properties owns TradeCenter 128 and is really serious about being green. There are more than 500 solar panels on the roof of the (free) parking garage. I looked out and counted them from my window! The person who wrote about the bike racks is probably right, because I haven’t seen more than 8 or 10 bikes out there, but so far the place is really great.
