@Nathan - Thanks so much for stopping by and clarifying your long-standing presence in the industry. Since you are here, let me ask you... How competitive is the Denver market for serviced office space?

Just to give a little more background information on The Boardroom Executive Suites... we've actually been in the industry for 20 years now, so we're not quite a "start-up." We've been long time members of both ABCN and OBCAI. We had been operating under the name The Boardroom at Cherry Creek until we recently changed our name to not be as site-specific.

We're certainly trying to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to social media. In my opinion, it definitely seems like a worthy investment of our time and money.

And to comment on Elizabeth's query about ABCN and how much they've assisted us... I'd say that their assistance has been invaluable. Frank Cottle, CEO of ABCN, has provided me a great number of ideas and useful hints. Karen Condi with Office Suite Strategies (an ABCN partner) has guided me through the agreements that we've signed on our new space. And Epik Networks (another ABCN partner) is going to be our VoIP solutions provider at the new facility. Without these resources, I'm not sure that I'd be able to venture out into another suite.

There's another really well known company in the Denver serviced office market whose name I can't recall at the moment... looks like Denver is seeing a growing demand for executive suites and The Boardroom is tapping into that.

I see that Boardroom is also a member of ABCN. I wonder just how much that helped the company's growth to where they could open up a second serviced office space so quickly after launching the first one -- as a start-up.

Great story. I like the twist that shows how they got their story placed. I also love the name The Boardroom Executive Suites. I think that's a great name for a serviced office project. Looks like this young company is doing a lot of things right on the marketing and social media front.
