Didn’t Stark just do some sort of deal with the Rockefeller Group? Small serviced office companies are nimble. I haven’t visited a Stark Business Center, but the Rockefeller Group’s executive office suites are nice and I am sure they wouldn’t partner with a company that wasn’t up to par.

Yes, Stark did just do a deal with the Rockefeller Group. We’ve seen a lot of serviced office companies getting creative along these lines. Stark is still a very small operator, but sometimes small operators excel in customer service beyond their larger counterparts. I have heard good things about Stark’s executive office suites.

Everyone is looking for a bright side to the economic downturn. Serviced office space is a bright side in some senses. But let’s remember that this is not a new industry. It’s been around for many years and has had stops and starts. There’s no guarantee that the executive office suites industry will sustain the gains it is seeing in this market. Customer service is going to be a major differentiator.

It’s good to see the regional serviced office companies growing. I see the big companies like Regus doing major expansions, but Stark Business Solutions demonstrates how there is still plenty of room for smaller executive office suite companies to make their mark.
