Shadow Creek Executive Suites Opens in Pearland

The perfect corporate headquarters campus. That’s how Shadow Creek Executive Suites is billing itself. The brand spanking new executive office suites facility in the Houston suburb known as Pearland is working to compete in an active serviced office market.
Shadow Creek Executive Suites is located in the Shadow Creek Business Center, which offers 80,000 square feet of office space in a four-story, Class A building at 11233 Shadow Creek Parkway. The executive office suites facility recently held its grand opening and is working to lease office space on the second floor.
Shadow Creek Executive Suites is less than a mile west of Highway 288. That puts it in close proximity to the Texas Medical Center, Downtown Houston, Hobby Airport, and two major ports. Shadow Creek Executive Suites offers a Full-Time Office Plan, a Virtual Office Plan and a Mail Plan.
The office space is available professionally decorated, furnished or unfurnished. The sizes of the office space vary, from very small individual spaces, to large corner offices, and even groups of offices. Professional receptionist staff welcomes visitors, answers telephones and manages your calls as part of the office package.
Of course, this serviced office space also comes with optional business services, including secretarial and clerical assistance, word processing and desktop publishing, color copiers, printers and scanners, mail, shipping and courier services, office and computer supplies, and concierge services.
The Virtual Office plan offers a professional receptionist who answers the phone for clients, using the company name, Monday through Friday. Virtual office users also get a phone line, 24-hour voice mail, a business address and six hours a month of office or conference room usage. And the Mail Plan offers a business address to receive mail and packages.
As for the host building, the Houston Business Journal nominated Shadow Creek Business Center for being a landmark building. The property also offers the latest technologies, a café area, shared services for the executive offices, and many green amenities, including water flow reduction fixtures, energy efficient HVAC systems, water-efficient landscaping and designated parking for energy-efficient and low-emission vehicles.

I see the branding move. They named their serviced office space after the name of the building. I guess that’s a good move in a way. It closely associates the executive office suites with the general property, which looks to be a high quality facility. I also notice that this small operator is going head to head with Regus in the Pearland office market. I am betting that Regus’ rates are higher, and that Regus is in a fancier location, if there is one in Pearland.

Looks like Shadow Creek Executive has the whole deal. I like how they offer the Mail Package. I haven’t seen that done a lot. Usually it’s just the executive office suites or the virtual offices or even the meeting room rentals. By offering a mail option only, Shadow Creek Executive can probably drive some pretty easy revenue there.
