I imagine Regus already got aggressive inking deals with tenants knowing that Servcorp was heading into the building. I am not sure how these companies match up internationally. I think in Australia Servcorp has a very strong presence and can go head to head with Regus--even in the same building. Should be interesting to watch. Unfortunately, they rarely share their numbers.

Verrry interesting. I love to see when Regus and Servcorp go head to head in the same building. Looks like a price war in the making! It would behoove Servcorp to come in with some low ball prices to fill up the space. I wonder how Regus will react to this new development... Maybe Regus has a nicer interior, but I doubt it.
