Servcorp Selects Midtown as Second Atlanta US Location

aBetterOffice.com has learned that Servcorp has selected Midtown as its second Atlanta location. The virtual office and executive office suites provider will open new office space at 12th & Midtown on August 25.

Servcorp’s second Atlanta office location is sure to attract small- to mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs and possibly even Fortune 500 companies. Atlanta is home to a large number of Fortune 500 companies that are performing well despite the down economy and could potentially be expansion candidates, including The Home Depot and Suntrust Banks.

One thing we’ve learned about Servcorp—like Regus, this serviced office company focuses on five-star office space. 12th & Midtown is strategically positioned in the 14-block, one-million-square-foot Midtown Mile that defines itself with flagship retail opportunities, signature residences, luxury hotels and elegant office towers.

12th & Midtown, one of the largest mixed‐use developments to be constructed in Atlanta’s history, was named “Best in Atlanta Real Estate” by the Atlanta Business Chronicle at the publication’s annual awards in 2009. This location is more than impressive. It’s something Servcorp can use as a model to the industry.

Beyond Fortune 500 companies, Jennifer Goodwyn, vice president and general manager of Servcorp USA, tells aBetterOffice.com that the rise of the mobile professional has created the need to expand and open additional offices throughout the US.  Mobile professionals that want to base or expand operations are looking for into executive office suites, she says, and Servcorp wants to be top of mind.

“We are thrilled about the Atlanta executive suites and virtual offices at the exceptional 12th & Midtown development,” says Goodwyn. “Small- to midsize-business owners will be keen on this convenient, landmark location and its modern, beautifully structured offices.”

Servcorp’s second Atlanta office space comes on the heels of the Terminus 200 opening in early July. Servcorp’s US expansion began in the spring with the unveiling of its first US locations in Chicago, 155 North Wacker and 300 North LaSalle. Servcorp’s US expansion plan includes executive suite and virtual office openings in 14 cities throughout the US.

That’s a beautiful place for Atlanta office space for sure. What a stellar location! I think this should get Servcorp a lot of attention. If you are going to compete for Fortune 500 business, you need to offer Fortune 500 office space. This definitely qualifies. Congrats to Servcorp on its second Atlanta serviced office location.

Sounds like a creme of the crop office building in Midtown. Is Regus also in that same building? I wouldn’t be surprised. Servcorp is definitely making a splash with its U.S. expansion strategy by locating in prime office buildings. Now, the challenge is to fill them. It will be interesting to see if Servcorp can meet that challenge in a crowded Atlanta market.
