Servcorp Selects Midtown as Second Atlanta US Location

aBetterOffice.com has learned that Servcorp has selected Midtown as its second Atlanta location. The virtual office and executive office suites provider will open new office space at 12th & Midtown on August 25.

Servcorp’s second Atlanta office location is sure to attract small- to mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs and possibly even Fortune 500 companies. Atlanta is home to a large number of Fortune 500 companies that are performing well despite the down economy and could potentially be expansion candidates, including The Home Depot and Suntrust Banks.

One thing we’ve learned about Servcorp—like Regus, this serviced office company focuses on five-star office space. 12th & Midtown is strategically positioned in the 14-block, one-million-square-foot Midtown Mile that defines itself with flagship retail opportunities, signature residences, luxury hotels and elegant office towers.

Beyond Fortune 500 companies, Jennifer Goodwyn, vice president and general manager of Servcorp USA, tells aBetterOffice.com that the rise of the mobile professional has created the need to expand and open additional offices throughout the US.  Mobile professionals that want to base or expand operations are looking for into executive office suites, she says, and Servcorp wants to be top of mind.
