Definitely looks like a great facility to check out if you are in the Manhattan market. The list of perks is interesting. I haven’t seen serviced office companies offering super creative perks generally speaking. But Select Office Suites breaks out of that box with these add-ons. Looks like good locations, too.

What’s different about Select Office Suites, it seems, is that they are communicating their differences well. The 20-minute leasing probably isn’t anything all that unusual for serviced office space facilities in Manhattan. But they are pointing it out as a matter of convenience. That’s really smart.

Looks like this serviced office company definitely has the right credentials. They don’t give awards and put just any company on PBS. Select Office Suites seems to be focused on building a community of entrepreneurs with all these perks. I thought it was really interesting and a nice compliment to the Manhattan executive suite scene.

Select Office Suites is definitely located in some strategic places in New York. They might not have the footprint of a Regus, but they do have a unique offering. This is much different than the cookie cutter approach I see a lot of serviced office brands take. I really think the perks add to the culture of the serviced office community there.
