I am not sure I've ever seen a serviced office facility in a mixed-use environment like The Greene. This seems to have condos, restaurants and all sorts of retail, etc. blended in. From that perspective, I can see why Regus would find the location attractive. There is a lot of built in traffic and so there would be awareness for the executive office suites concept there.

One thing Regus is doing right is sending a consistent message. It's almost redundant at some level, but that's part of branding a message. Regus serviced offices are almost synonymous with flexibility at this point. The company itself seems flexible, if not nimble, able to expand rapidly in the U.S. executive office suites industry.

Beavercreek? I wouldn't have guessed Regus would set up a serviced office facility there. Must be something more to this Dayton suburb than meets the eye. Regus is really expanding fast. It seems like they open office after office after office. It will be interesting to see how this plays out when the economy recovers.
