The company appears to be on a rampage, taking the opportunity while it can to ink long-term lease deals at discounted ranks. This is one way companies take over industries. This is one of the reasons why Regus is so successful. They just don't slow down. Even on a holiday, they are announcing new serviced office facilities. Looks like this one was a strategic move to consolidate into a better space to serve its executive suite customers more effectively. Burlington is a great location in the Boston area.
