Regus is finding the sweet spots in a soft market. Notice the trend in where Regus locates: area that are resisting the recession. Stronger job markets. Area that are near entrepreneurial hubs. Regus' serviced office facilities are known for high-quality, but it appears at this rate they'll be the like McDonald's - one on every Downtown Main Street corner.

I also noticed Regus is pushing that cost savings message. Regus is reinforcing its position as a leader, not just by its expansion but also by its messaging around the cost savings. The competition should get out there and make some noise before Regus takes over the serviced office industry during this downturn.

Wow. Regus is really plowing away. They've made three new market entrances in less than 30 days. I bet the serviced office providers in those towns are nervous. Hopefully, there will be enough demand for everybody because it's better for the concept if everybody is winning.
