I am not sure how much direct visibility Regus gets since they are inside an office building. But there are probably directories on the property that list them as office space providers and word of mouth in a community like that is price. Companies in Kansas City may be happy about it, but Regus competitors probably aren't. Then again, I've heard Regus charges more for its executive suites than local competitors in many cases. So I guess it really depends on perspective. Regus is definitely on a roll, though, as you say in the executive suites industry. Is there any stopping Regus?
