		<description>I think it&#039;s an interesting strategy to locate in one of these town centers. I am not sure how much direct visibility Regus gets since they are inside an office building. But there are probably directories on the property that list them as office space providers and word of mouth in a community like that is price. Congratulations to Regus for what looks like another strategic location.</description>

Then again, I&#039;ve heard Regus charges more for its executive suites than local competitors in many cases. So I guess it really depends on perspective. Regus is definitely on a roll, though, as you say in the executive suites industry.</description>
