I notice that Regus does a lot of these free office space promotions in Manhattan. I wonder why that is… why not spread the wealth to other cities. Its not as if there aren’t plenty of entrepreneurs in Miami, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, etc., that could use some free serviced office space… what’s so special about the New York office market?

Looks like a worthy winner… equipping the next generation of Regus serviced office space users, LOL. This free office space contest seems more about publicity than community goodwill, but it will fill both bills, I suppose, especially since the winner is a non-profit agency. I am sure Regus made this selection strategically. I also wonder who else went out for the contest…
