Premier Business Centers Eyes South Coast Metro

The latest in a string of serviced office providers to expand, Irvine, Calif-based Premier Business Centers is growing its footprint in its home state. The company just announced a new lease for its 12th location in the past 18 months. That brings Premier Business Centers’ total office space availability to one million square feet across the country.
Premier Business Centers’ newest executive office suites facility is located in Griffin Towers’ 6 at Hutton Centre Drive in South Coast Metro. The company signed a long-term lease for 18,822-square feet of space on the sixth floor. Premier will offer 67 serviced office spaces available on a short or long-term basis. The new facility will open in the fall.
“We are pleased to be able to enter this new submarket of Orange County and continue to expand our geographic coverage in Orange County,” says Jeff Reinstein, CEO of Premier Business Centers. With the addition of the South Coast Metro business center, the company now offers 19 serviced office locations in Orange County and 57 across the country.
This is Premier Business Centers’ first location in the Santa Ana area. The company also has 23 locations in Los Angeles County, three in San Diego County, one in San Bernardino County, one in Riverside County, two in San Francisco County, three in the Seattle area, four in Dallas, TX and one in Miami.
Financial terms of the lease deal were not disclosed, but you can bet Premier Business Centers got a decent deal on the lease, at lease for the first few years of the term. More and more, landlords are cutting concessions on office leases, but business centers can still expect the lease to be lighter on the front end.
Located in South Coast Metro’s MacArthur Place next to the brand new Essex Skyline towers, 6 Hutton Centre Drive is a Class A landmark building. The Griffin Towers location offers quick access to the Coast Mesa Freeway (SR-55) and San Diego Freeway (I-405) and one mile from John Wayne Airport. This location also offers an on-site dry cleaner and cafe, as well as a Doubletree Hotel across the street and MacArthur Plaza food court within walking distance.

This is one smart serviced office company. Premier Business Centers has been on a winning streak for the past couple of years, really leveraging the down economy to its long-term advantage. I would love to see Premier Business Centers open up office space in new states, but they definitely have the California connection. This is a competitive company with a bright future. You can go wrong renting office space from Premier Business Centers.

This was a location Premier Business Centers needed to add to its portfolio. It’s a strong complement to its serviced office space offerings in Orange County. South Coast Metro’s strategic location provides direct access to Los Angeles, San Diego and the Inland Empire. So clients who need to access nearby facilities can do so easily.
