ROSSLYN, VA – Preferred Offices just opened its ninth office space location. The company chose to debut executive office suites in Rosslyn, Virginia.
Located on the 12th floor of North 19th Street, the serviced office space promises panoramic views of the Potomac River, historic Key Bridge, and the National monuments in Arlington County.
Preferred’s Rosslyn executive office suites facility spans 18,000 square feet, with 62 offices and four conference rooms. Preferred’s Rosslyn executive office suites are flexible and fully serviced, targeting companies with small space requirements or short-term office needs that aren’t a fit for conventional office space.
“While each of our properties distinguish themselves in some way, today’s unveiling in Rosslyn shows you can find outstanding quality offices in Virginia without sacrificing proximity to DC – offices that are suitable for all types of professionals and small businesses who share the need to be smart and flexible about how they create and use their office space,” says Joe Wallace, CEO of Preferred Group. “We created Preferred Rosslyn to showcase a state-of-the-art facility that can offer prestige and economic efficiency to any client.”
Arlington Chamber of Commerce President Richard Doud welcomed Preferred Offices as the first serviced office space provider to open in Rosslyn in more than two decades. He cited the diverse Arlington County workforce of more than 200,000 and the innovation that springs from this workforce as an example of the need for flexible office space in Rosslyn.
“Arlington County’s location, educated workforce and inherent transportation advantages will prompt dynamic businesses to seek workplace solutions in Arlington such as what Preferred has unveiled today,” Doud says. “Our 26-acre County is a hub for high-tech startups, government contractors and consulting firms, and the ideal setting for businesses that require easy access to District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, and the Pentagon. Arlington County businesses are proven innovators, and Preferred Offices will be an asset to our business community.”
The new Preferred Rosslyn executive office suites center offers fully-furnished executive offices, conference and training rooms, state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, and a team of experienced administrators on-site to help clients manage their day-to-day business. Special features include an advanced digital access security system for private offices and a “Smart Board” interactive flat panel display in the center’s training and conference room.
“Our clients want to stay flexible, they want to minimize their long term liabilities, they want to save time and capital, they want to be supported by highly reliable infrastructure and they want a great office,” says Wallace. “That’s what Preferred represents for them: an opportunity to reclaim time, re-purpose capital, manage their risk exposure and come to work every day in a great professional environment where everything is taken care of for them. It’s that simple.”
Preferred Rosslyn was designed by the Alexandria, Va.-based architectural firm of Rust|Orling Architects. Mark Orling, its principal, sought to create open spaces, mixed with bright, comfortable colors to convey a comfortable work environment.
