PowerSpace Executive Suites Offer Strategic Manhattan Locations

There is no lack of serviced office space in Manhattan, but what if you could have the security that comes with knowing you are inking a short-term lease deal with New York City’s largest landlord? You can, when you work with PowerSpace & Services.

Operated by Vornado Realty Trust, PowerSpace has four serviced office facilities in New York and one office space in Washington, D.C., as well as virtual office packages. The company offers executive suites at 1 Penn Plaza, 330 Madison Avenue, 909 Third Avenue, 770 Broadway in New York, all prime locations.

PowerSpace makes lots of promises. The company says it’s the most reliable, most respective executive suite company in the industry. I can’t speak to that, but PowerSpace does have an impressive portfolio in the city that never sleeps and it appears the company is environmentally conscious. The One Penn Plaza location is a green business center with views from the 36th floor.

Robert Moore, president of Greenwood Global Media Corp., has been a PowerSpace client for several years. After shopping the Manhattan office space market, he was convinced that PowerSpace offered the best value when comparing buildout, amenities and location.

“Since becoming a tenant, their incredibly attentive staff have been a real pleasure to work with on a daily basis,” Moore says. “I would not consider going anywhere else for my flexible office space needs.”

PowerSpace has plenty of testimonials in line with this one, which speak volumes. All in all, the combination of services, locations, floor plans, and flexibility make PowerSpace worth considering if you are looking for office space in Manhattan.

PowerSpace. What a name. Sounds like the kind of serviced office space up and coming Donald Trumps would want to rent, LOL. With several locations in Manhattan, it looks like this landlord has placed a small bet on serviced office space overall, though. If they are the largest landlord in New York City, they must have tons of other traditional office spaces they are leasing.

Sounds like a safe bet for serviced office space in Manhattan. This is definitely a reputable company. I would imagine a landlord like this will be looking at more executive suite opportunities in a down market. Maybe they’ll expand or convert some of their vacant office space in other buildings to serviced offices.
