You gotta love modern technology. Technology makes virtual offices and virtual PBXes like this one possible — and that fuels the economy. Small businesses are the backbone of the American economy, and virtual offices make it viable to launch a new enterprise — whether that’s in Chicago or China. Phone.com seems to have some solid services at a great price.

This is helpful. I never would have thought you could get an international local phone number at this low of an international price. Virtual PBXes are coming a long way. I am not familiar with the competitive offerings. Phone.com seems to have the URL that gains attention and the awards to back up its innovation. I am going to try this out for myself. Has anybody else tried this particular virtual PBX vendor?

This is innovative. I’ve often thought of the implications of having a virtual PBX with an in-country number. I couldn’t find anyone who did it in this way — routing the calls automatically back to the U.S. This is further evidence that the world is getting flatter and smaller at the same time. A welcomed addition to the arsenal of small business owners renting serviced offices.
