PBC Offers Free Office Space in Newport Beach

Still looking for a free executive office suites opportunity in your area? Well, if you live and work near Newport Beach, California, Premier Business Centers has a money-saving offer designed just for you.

Premier Business Centers is offering a “New Year Office Deal” through Jan. 31. You get one month of free base rent when you sign a 12-month agreement. The deal also features no set up fees. Of course, you still have to pay your security deposit and I noticed the serviced office facility is also charging a cleaning fee as part of the move-in special.

So far as conference room usage, the “New Year Office Deal” includes eight hours of free time. Keep in mind this is eight hours of free conference room space for the term of the lease, not per month. There is also a disclaimer on the deal that warns “restrictions may apply.” I always hate disclaimers, but I wouldn’t be too worried about a bait and switch deal with Premier Business Centers. The company has a strong reputation in the executive suites industry.

Unlike other free office deals I’ve been highlighting lately, Premier Business Centers isn’t running a try-before-you-buy office space special. As I mentioned, the company expects you to sign a 12-month lease before they ante up the free month. I am not sure what the availability is at the Newport Beach facility or the pricing. But I’m guessing they have some spaces to fill if they are willing to part with a month’s office rental revenue.

Premier Business Center’s Newport Beach executive suites location is located next to the Fashion Island Shopping Center in a 16-story glass office tower that stands out as a distinctive landmark in Newport Center. The mirrored façade reflects the Pacific Ocean to the west, Newport’s Back Bay to the North, and Big Canyon Country Club and the mountains to the south and east. The serviced office facility is less than 10 minutes from Orange County’s John Wayne Airport, as well as the San Diego freeway.

Well, an office space deal is an office space deal. I’m sure the concessions in the executive suites industry don’t compare to the bloodletting that’s going on in the traditional commercial office space. But generally I think it’s tough all over to rent offices. And these sorts of deals give you that drift. It’s a great time to take advantage of new year specials, though, and there’s certainly plenty of them.

Preferred Business Centers is definitely a solid brand name. The fact that they are offering free office space is probably more of a draw for publicity than an act of desperation. If their serviced office space isn’t full, I don’t know who’s would be. Regus and others are also offering free office space. Just seems like the thing to do right now.
