If I am right, this looks like the building owners will have their own small incubotor to prepare their tenants. Jennifer's analysis is right on it. Why pay for full-time space when I can have a "virtual" office and still have the ability to get into a conference room when I need it. Good work Officescape!! The landlord packages its standard offerings and offers even more customization based on tenant needs by offering the range of Officescape products. It's a good idea, but it could be tough inroads to get landlords to budge... It's clear that efforts like this need to happen in the changing world of office space.
