Office Space News

LEXINGTON, KY – Office Suites PLUS is flexing its philanthropic muscle this holiday season. After participating in #GivingTuesday earlier this month, the fifth-largest provider of executive office suites, meeting rooms and virtual offices in North America has announced a new plan to donate free office space to non-profits.
Starting now and running through Dec. 31, 2012, nonprofit agencies can take advantage of free office space for a day or free meeting room space at Office Suites PLUS’s more than 30 locations. The executive office suites provider will allow nonprofits to use guest office space for up to two days or a meeting room for up to four hours at any of its serviced office space facilities.
Why is Office Suites PLUS showing so much good cheer? Because it understands how difficult it can be for new and established nonprofit organizations alike to budget for appropriate office space. Indeed, the overhead cost of office space can make it difficult to find an ideal location from which to set up operational headquarters.
According to Office Suites PLUS, there are a number of ways to keep expenses manageable, from sharing offices to tapping into virtual offices. Many nonprofit agencies also find that bartering services, such as bookkeeping or accounting, in exchange for meeting room space is a great alternative to traditional space.
“Office Suites PLUS’s professional facilities, endless services, and most helpful and courteous staff have been crucial components in reaching the ambitious goals here at TISIRI,” says Joe Kistel, executive director at TISIRI and client at Office Suites PLUS Town Center in Jacksonville, Fla. “TISIRI is far from a traditionally structured business and yet it finds efficiently streamlined operations here.”
TISIRI Corp is a 501c3 nonprofit organization focusing efforts in reef creation, environmental conservation, and marine awareness. TISIRI stands for “Think It, Sink It, Reef It.” Office Suites PLUS is also working with The Leadership Institute – Women with Purpose, which was organized by the Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity and the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation to provide leadership development programming for women.
“National headquarters is located within Office Suites PLUS Keystone, Indianapolis, Indiana. This Indianapolis office space location offers a professional environment with first-class meeting rooms and workspaces for staff and guests,” says Tonja L. Eagan, CEO and executive director of The Leadership Institute.
“The Office Suites PLUS staff is always ready and willing to assist with any needs that arise for the business. They are the front-line representatives and clients speak to them on the phone and see them before they ever arrive in the office. Clients are always impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and usually do not even realize they are not directly employed by the organization. Office Suites PLUS offers an affordable win-win office environment for the staff and clients.”
