Office General Offers Class A On Demand Serviced Office Space

As soon as I visited Office General online, the executive office space provider intrigued me. The company’s web site design is compelling. The messaging was crisp. The photography pops. This is a great example of how to position your serviced office facility.

Of course, a web site with clever marketing alone doesn’t make for a good office experience. So I dug a little deeper beyond the “Offices on Demand” tagline and the promise of “flexible serviced office space and concierge facilities in prestigious cities around the world.”

First, I noticed that Office General’s locations include San Francisco, San Jose, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Macao. I thought that was an interesting combination of cities. Next, I noticed that Office General has been around since 1995.

What perhaps struck me the most, though, is that the company offers high-quality amenities, experienced administrative support and the latest technologies, including VoIP, unified communications for voice and data, an ERP solution and billing system, door access controls and online booking and account management, in their business centers.

Office General also has a long list of connectivity options, conference and meeting room facilities, reproduction services, support services and IT services. Regardless of which option you choose, you only pay for the office space and services you need when you need them with this on demand model. The suite of services doesn’t get much better than that.

Office General definitely gives you room to grow. Office General can accommodate one person or a team of up to eight. Office General has such a cadre of officing options, it’s too long to list here. But here are the highlights: You can select private offices, clustered suites and team office space. Corporate suite configurations can office up to 30 people. Of course, the company also offers virtual offices for entrepreneurs and enterprises that don’t need a physical office space on a regular basis.

Office General has an impressive client list that includes 3M, Boeing, Ernst & Young, Microsoft, and Toshiba. And to extend its reach beyond its own serviced office facilities, the company has partnered with other providers to give clients access to executive suites in other regions.

All in all, I am impressed with Office General and would recommend checking out the company if you are in an area it serves.

Nice write up. I think you have pegged the company right. It’s not a large company, but they are doing all the things that make a serviced office facility a success… namely they are investing in services and especially technology. I think Office General is also smart to have that partner network. I am intrigued by the focus on Asia.

Office General’s marketing is spot on. I think the company does a great job of communicating its value proposition. It looks like a much bigger company than it actually is, with several web sites working together to tell the whole story behind the on demand office space and all the services and amenities. It looks like this company provides a consistent experience for executive office suites users.
