		<description>I think it&#039;s a fairly sophisticated feature to be able to book services online. Newport Office Center should be congratulated. It&#039;s probably quite an expense for a smaller operator to undertake. It looks like they only have one executive suites location, from what I can tell. So unless they have a guy in house with some great IT skills, this probably cost them a pretty penny to implement online book of meeting rooms.</description>

		<description>Is it really that uncommon in the serviced office industry to have e-services? It seems like in this day and age being able to book meeting rooms online should be a no-brainer. But then again looking at some of the web sites in the industry, I can believe that this would be a cutting-edge tool.</description>
