Newport Office Center should be congratulated. It's probably quite an expense for a smaller operator to undertake. It looks like they only have one executive suites location, from what I can tell. So unless they have a guy in house with some great IT skills, this probably cost them a pretty penny to implement online book of meeting rooms. It seems like in this day and age being able to book meeting rooms online should be a no-brainer.
