I appreciate the fact that Executive Suites Dallas is so open about its pricing. Too many serviced office companies leave that up in the air. I understand that strategy and I’m not saying it’s wrong. But it is nice to see them spell out the prices. I am guessing the $500 a month is for the smallest office space.

All this seems pretty par for the course in the executive suites industry. I guess what differentiates Meridian is the fact that they have such a large presence there in Dallas. With so many offices in the region, there’s probably some convenience associated with using this brand of serviced office space. You can be anywhere in the greater Dallas area, just about, and run into a conference room with a client.

Executive Suites Dallas is pretty well known in the Dallas area. Meridian’s website is really outdated, but the company’s actual physical locations are really nice. They need to update their website to reflect the modern serviced office space they offer. But at least they do have video tours that show you what to expect.

Looks like Meridian has a strong presence in Dallas. I also noticed they are doing pretty well in Houston. This is a good example of a regional operator that’s growing in a down economy. Austin would be a great place to expand next. Executive Suites Dallas appears to be a major player in the area with good pricing.
