Meridian Business Centers Makes Executive Suites Mark on Dallas

Meridian Business Centers is vying to be the serviced office provider of choice for companies in Dallas. Meridian boasts 10 executive suite locations in the greater Dallas area. So let’s take a look at what this southwestern brand has to offer.

First off, Meridian is transparent about its pricing. The Dallas office space company promises an all-inclusive executive office suite for $495 a month and based on its features, I’d say this Dallas operator makes good on its word.

Meridian offers fully furnished executive offices with instantly active telecommunications and high-speed Internet access, a virtual office identity package, or office space and support services for entire organizations. Some of the features for full-time office space users include:

  • 120- to 500-square-foot private executive office space
  • Low-risk, short-term agreements
  • Flexibility to expand or contract
  • Furnished or unfurnished office space
  • Full feature digital telephone set
  • Telephone number with rollover lines
  • Personalized live call answering
  • Dedicated fax line
  • Prestigious mailing address
  • 55 complimentary conference room hours a month
  • Reciprocal use of serviced office partner brand locations worldwide

Like most other companies in the executive suites industry, you can also tap into secretarial support and video conferencing services for an additional fee.

All of the Meridian Business Centers locations are within minutes of downtown Dallas and the mid-cities. The newest locations are in Keller and Plano. This company is good at spelling out what you get before you get there with transparent pricing and virtual tours.

Looks like Meridian has a strong presence in Dallas. I also noticed they are doing pretty well in Houston. This is a good example of a regional operator that’s growing in a down economy. Austin would be a great place to expand next. Executive Suites Dallas appears to be a major player in the area with good pricing.

Executive Suites Dallas is pretty well known in the Dallas area. Meridian’s website is really outdated, but the company’s actual physical locations are really nice. They need to update their website to reflect the modern serviced office space they offer. But at least they do have video tours that show you what to expect.

All this seems pretty par for the course in the executive suites industry. I guess what differentiates Meridian is the fact that they have such a large presence there in Dallas. With so many offices in the region, there’s probably some convenience associated with using this brand of serviced office space. You can be anywhere in the greater Dallas area, just about, and run into a conference room with a client.

I appreciate the fact that Executive Suites Dallas is so open about its pricing. Too many serviced office companies leave that up in the air. I understand that strategy and I’m not saying it’s wrong. But it is nice to see them spell out the prices. I am guessing the $500 a month is for the smallest office space.
