Jay Suites Offers New Manhattan Serviced Office Space

Jay Suites is moving on up. The Manhattan-based luxury executive suites company has expanded its Grand Central location operations, adding another floor of office space, and has opened a new location on Fifth Avenue.

Jay Suites isn’t your average business center. The company has made a name for itself with a keen focus on interior design. For example, Jay Suites doesn’t just lease a floor of office space in a prominent New York City location and open its doors to the office-renting public. The company works with architects, contractors, designers, electricians and consultants to optimize the officing experience for its clients.

“Being in a space like this gives us the ability to focus on growing our company and not having to worry about the overhead of opening up a space,” says Lindsay Fox, a partner at an executive search company and a Jay Suites client. “Normally you have to deal with the furniture the move, the receptionist, setting up the phones and internet….we didn’t have to worry about anything.”

Let Jay Do Your Worrying
Jay Suites does the worrying, so to speak, for its serviced office clients. Jay Suites handles all the details, from furniture to utilities and from 24/7 office access to high speed Internet. Jay Suites even offers VoIP Cisco Phones and a receptionist to greet clients and answer client phone calls with a personalized company greeting. What’s more, Jay Suites’ meeting rooms are equipped with teleconferencing, surround sound, and state-of-the-art presentation systems.

Like many in the serviced office space, Jay Suites points to the low initial capital investment of its executive suites. Clients don’t have to build out the space – it’s already done. In terms of start-up costs and ongoing fees, Jay Suites offers space starting at $1,000 a month with six-month terms. If you haven’t checked the market for office space in Manhattan lately, that’s a heck of a price for these luxury suites.

A Classy Serviced Office Operation
What does this turnkey office experience mean? It means clients can sign a lease one day and move in the next day without delaying business. Serviced office clients get a single bill that includes rent, phone and Internet. And for companies that can’t quite justify a full-time office, Jay Suites offers virtual office space with a Manhattan address and access to conference rooms for client meetings.

Jay Suites is a classy serviced office operation. This is one company that doesn’t offer run-of-the-mill office space. Jay goes the extra mile to put you in the lap of officing luxury. Sure, you might be able to find cheaper serviced office space, but if you want to impress your clients with Class-A locations and interiors that turn heads, Jay Suites is worth checking out.

I think the turnkey approach to leasing and moving into serviced office space is one we don’t hear enough about. I am glad you mentioned that. With traditional office space, it seems you have to wait days or weeks just to get the leasing agent to call you back — even in a challenging market. The ability to find a move into a space in a couple of days is a huge advantage for serviced offices.

Jay Suites is a very classy serviced office company. They really do take the time to make sure everything is just quite right. I am not sure how Jay Suites compares price-wise to other executive suites in Manhattan, but if you are looking for attention to detail in terms of the office space and reception area, this is a great provider.
