Intelligent Office of Tampa Bay Appears on Fox News

Intelligent Office is getting some attention from Fox News’s Tampa Bay affiliate. The video segment on My Fox Tampa Bay showed the inner workings of executive office suites, with receptionists answering phone calls for multiple companies with a distinct branded greeting.

Looking for Information about Tampa Office Space?

“A lot of people don’t want to pay for a pricey suite in a beautiful building,” Karen Gillman of Intelligent Office, told My Fox Tampa Bay. “When they use Intelligent Office they can pay a minimal fee and have a beautiful place to meet their clients. But they may only need it once or twice a month. Everything is on an a la carte basis.”

As Gillman sees it, now more than ever, smart, frugal business owners in Tampa are trimming operating expenses and eliminating unnecessary overhead. Her franchise is there to help replace traditional office space with money-saving alternatives.

Intelligent Office of Tampa also offers a virtual office solution. With this option, entrepreneurs can tap into commercial office space, conference rooms by the hour, remote and on-site receptionist services, capable and professional administrative support and much more.

This is one of the best news reports I’ve seen in a while on executive office suites. They actually went inside the Intelligent Office of Tampa property, showed the offices, gave a sneak peak at the computer systems that offer company profiles to help receptionists respond with customized information.

“We have some sophisticated software so that every time that phone number rings a screen will pop up and it’s loaded with all the information you would like us to know about your company,” Gillman says. “Basically, you make us as smart as you would like us to be.”

Intelligent Office of Tampa serves 260 clients. The offices are located at 3111 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.  This location offers plenty of photos and videos to help you decide if this is the right location for you.

Wow. What great exposure for Intelligent Office. I bet they got a lot of calls on that Fox program. I wonder how Fox decided to use Intelligent Office as the example as opposed to a Regus or some other brand. How does the media come up with sources like that? In any case, it’s good for the entire serviced office industry in Tampa because not everyone is near that particular street address.

Intelligent Office is a franchise, which is why it has grown into so many markets. I think this is a classy brand in the serviced office world. What I also noticed is that the Intelligent Office Tampa office location has its own web site and doesn’t just depend on the description in the corporate site, which I think is a good idea to generate leads.

I would love to see the video you are talking about. Do you have a link to it? Most of the segments I’ve seen on the serviced office industry are in-studio. I’ve never seen someone go inside one and actually show how it works. I mean, some serviced office companies have videos but they are ultra produced. The media probably shows it like it is.

Intelligent Office has some intelligent franchisees. I am not sure how much support headquarters offers to Tampa, Garden City and some of the other locations in this serviced office chain, but the individual franchisees are certainly making moves to get media exposure. I also think Intelligent Office is one of the smartest brands in the industry. They do executive suite branding right.

As a customer of Tampa’s Intelligent office I know what a huge difference it makes for me. I am able to provide top notch service to my web marketing clients while keeping prices low because I don’t have the overhead of needing an office I seldom use. They are professional and deliver exactly what I need them to day in and day out. Group5 is a fan!

Regarding the question of how and why Intelligent Office was featured in this story … my firm, Heidelberg PR, represents Intelligent Office. This story was a result of a carefully constructed news release we sent out in February 2009 regarding the benefits of IO’s services in a down economy. In this case, the reporter kept the news release in his file of possible stories and pulled it out a few weeks ago. We’ve worked with him on some other news features and have a nice relationship with him at this point. Readers here can find tips on how to manage press releases, as well as more information on Intelligent Office, on my blog: http://www.heidelbergpr.blogspot.com. And, on a seperate note, I am also a client of Intelligent Office in Tampa and it is a fantastic value with one of the highest degrees of customer service I have ever experienced.

I am not yet a client of IO, but have been to many workshops, seminars and meetings at their location on MLK in Tampa. “Highly impressive” are the words that come to mind each and every time I visit. One would never know that they are serving well over 200 clients until you see the long list on the door. That’s a well oiled machine!

As my young business grows I too will one day hang my sign at IO and let them take the daily load off of my shoulders. Until then I wish them the best of luck and continued success.

I’m a business consultant and finding ways for owners to reduce expenses while maintaining a high level of service is a very important part of what I do for my clients. Intelligent Office in Tampa makes it easy for me to do that. They not only allow a business to save tens of thousands of dollars on a receptionist each year they also have a human voice answer a business’s calls instead of the dreaded Voice Mail that some many companies have put in. They also have software to link to the companies appointment schedules so they can book clients appointments when they answer the phone. Great for any business that opperates on appointments.

I’ve been a client of Tampa’s Intelligent office for about 5 years and I can say with out a doubt, they are the best! I chose to work with them when I first started my company, but even as we grew and moved outside to larger offices 3 times over the years, we continue to use their remote receptionist services because they are so reliable, professional and cost-effective. I’m certain that my company will continue to use their services long into the future.
