Innova Virtual Office Solutions Targets Dallas Office Renters

Innova. The name certain gets your attention. It speaks of innovation.  That’s probably just what Innova Virtual Office Solutions hoped for when it chose the name to describe its office space in Dallas.

Innova’s tagline: Providing one-stop business solutions and services. The company offers the gamut of office needs, from virtual offices to professional private offices to meeting rooms to an array of business services. The company targets busy professionals, business owners, mobile workers and others who need a place to settle down for a day, or even a few hours.

A program called “Private Office Plus” gives you all the benefits of a virtual office plus a day office you can use at an hourly rate. That means if you need to step in to a professional environment for a quick client meeting in the Dallas metro area, Innova has you covered. While you are there, you can also pick up your mail. And, of course, you can check your Innova-provided voicemail from anywhere.

Innova also offers hotdesks. The language around the Private Office Plus and hotdesk service seems very similar. The difference seems to be that the hotdesk user doesn’t get the virtual office benefits, like mail delivery, receptionists, a phone number and so on. The meeting rooms, meanwhile, come equipped with high-speed Internet access, a white board and self-serve coffee, tea and water.

All in all, the name is catchy, but the value proposition of this particular Dallas serviced office space provider is sketchy. There’s plenty of buzzwords, but far less practical information about what I can expect from this location in terms of business services, amenities, building condition, or even the address of the building itself. That means if I wanted to drive by and visit the facility, I wouldn’t even know how to get there.

I scouted around at some of the local review sites and couldn’t find much on Innova, either. Finally, I researched who owns the company’s domain name, and it’s located in Lewisville, Texas. Lewisville is about 25 miles from Dallas. When you are searching for office space, be sure you can get a physical address of the site before you offer too much personal information. Transparency is credibility.

Interesting little piece of investigative reporting on this company. I went to the web site also. The information there is really sketchy. I am always leery of a real estate company that won’t put its physical address on its web site. That’s just odd. Anyway, it seems like this serviced office company just doesn’t have good marketing skills. They may be in a great Dallas office building and not have the skills to communicate their advantages properly.

There is so much office space and executive suites available in Dallas, I’m not sure why anyone would waste their time trying to contact a company that can’t even tell you where they are located. That is very strange from my experience. Serviced office companies usually brag on the location and the building itself. I bet the company isn’t in Dallas at all. It’s probably in Lewiston.
