What I found interesting about eEmerge is they aren't just focusing on entrepreneurs. They can accommodate up to 100 people, probably in concurrent office space. I am sure they aren't the only ones that promote that opportunity in the serviced office industry, but with creative types and attorneys this would seem to be a great tack to take.

I think it's interesting how targeted this company is. They are clearly located in specific areas of Manhattan where filmakers, attorneys, etc., are looking for office space. This is a great way do niche marketing. They are probably built out for the special needs of these groups. I hadn't ever heard fo eEmerge before, but I bet they will emerge as a strong competitor in the New York market, especially among these target audiences.
