Davinci Suites Expands Into Albuquerque, New Mexico
Published April 16th, 2009 by Jennifer LeClaire
Davinci Suites just announced a new facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico that combines executive office suites, virtual offices and meeting rooms under one roof.
Davinci Suites is heralding a similar message as Regus: Executive office suites offer all of the services small businesses need to be successful but without the financial burdens of supervising staff and maintaining operations and facilities.
“In the current economy, small businesses and entrepreneurs are looking for ways to streamline cash and trim budgets without giving up the quality and professionalism they deserve,” said Sam Souvall, Chairman of Davinci Suites. “We are seeing tremendous growth throughout the Mountain West as awareness around our offering increases.”
Davinci’s Spin on Executive Office Suites
The Davinci Executive Suites offer fully furnished office spaces, access to conference and boardrooms, professional receptionists, mail and packaging services, and a comfortable cyber café.
The new Albuquerque facility also contains contemporary common areas, a marble-clad atrium, and onsite restaurants and shopping. These serviced offices are also equipped with the latest IT solutions, including a digital handset with conferencing capabilities, high-speed Internet, electronic fax, a toll-free or local phone/fax number, and personalized e-mail.
The new location is in the heart of uptown Albuquerque in the Two Park Square Business Center, just northwest of I-40 and Louisiana and only 15 minutes from Albuquerque International Airport. The Davinci Executive Suites in Albuquerque run $400 a month.
“The professional options and high level customer support Davinci provides our Albuquerque office allows us to maintain our executive service at a fraction of the cost,” says Jerome Sarason, a senior executive with Taylor Bean & Whitaker, a mortgage brokerage headquartered in Ocala, Florida with offices in Atlanta, Braintree, Horsham, Houston and several other cities. “The Davinci staff enables us to operate at full speed, which then helps us become much more efficient and profitable.”
Davinci’s Low-Cost Office Alternatives
Although the serviced offices are only $400, some small businesses don’t need full-time offices. That’s why Davinci is offering alternatives. For small businesses that need an even more cost-effective officing solution that gives them a professional edge, Davinci is offering virtual offices for $75 a month. Davinci Virtual Offices offer all of the same features as its executive office suites with more flexibility.
Finally, Davinci Meeting Rooms let small businesses and entrepreneurs put a professional face on their company and give them access to multimedia capabilities supported by professional staff. Davinci says the conference rooms are cost-effective and appropriate for any type of business. Clients can schedule the rooms online for a week, day or even just an hour. Clients can also reserve conference rooms at 600 locations worldwide through the Davinci Affiliate Program.

I wonder if Taylor Bean uses Davinci Suites in any of the other locations you mention. That would be a real win for a serviced office provider, to have the same company using its executive office suites in various locations around the country. I’m guessing that’s the only office location since it’s not mentioned.

It still amazes me that serviced offices can cost so little. I used to rent a studio apartment on the beach to use as an office and it was $475. (This was 10 years ago.) It didn’t come with a receptionist, phone lines or any of the perks you get with executive offices. Wow.

Has anyone tried the Davinci Affiliate program? Seeing as its the same brand, I would think the service would be rather consistent across the board. But I don’t know if these are franchised serviced offices or all company-owned or third-party, etc.

Regus has been around a lot longer than Davinci, right? Looks like these two brands are duking it out on the expansion front of the serviced office industry. Regus is moving much more rapidly, though. They probably have more resources to bring to bear on office expansion.

Sounds like Davinci Suites’ Albuquerque serviced office facility has some special perks suitable for the local market. I think it’s a good idea for brands in the executive office suites industry to offer a staple of services and amenities, but it’s also great if they have enough flexibility to accommodate any specific needs of the local market.
