It’s interesting to me that Avanta is seeing such a big welcome in India. I didn’t realize there was such a demand for serviced office space there. I wonder if Avanta is an early mover in the regard, or if there is a slew of smaller executive office suites providers there.

It’s good to see the successes of the serviced office and virtual office stars. Avanta and Davinci Virtual are definitely among the leaders. If I were a start-up in the executive office suites industry, I’d be studying how these companies do it. After all, they weren’t always such large firms.

Hi Elizabeth – Avanta does not yet have any serviced offices in the United States. Avanta operates widely through India and the United Kingdom. Avanta does have some ties to the U.S. through its subsidiaries. So I wouldn’t rule out the possibility of Avanta eventually expanding to large U.S. cities like New York, Dallas or Seattle. But I think right now the company has its hands full with its Asia expansion plans.

When it comes to executive office suites, Avanta seems to be growing as fast in Asia as Regus is in the United States. I am guessing they compete head to head in Europe. Serviced offices are more popular there than they are here in the United States. Does Avanta have any locations in the U.S.?

Great roundup! I think this story illustrates the global trend for serviced offices and virtual offices really well. Interestingly, Regus is not included. Is that because the company isn’t growing as fast in the international executive office suites industry or just because there haven’t been any very recent announcements?
