Crowne Office Suites Offers Strategic Atlanta Area Locations
Published November 30th, 2009 by Jennifer LeClaire
If you are looking to lease office space in Atlanta, you’ll probably run into Crowne Office Suites at some point in your hunt. That’s because Crowne Office Suites has strategic locations in Atlanta and surrounding suburbs.
This family-owned business works to continually reinvent itself to meet the changing needs of the office business center industry. The company offers full-time office plans, including multi-office suites with short- and long-term lease options. You can also rent private office space and leverage the on-site conference rooms.
Crowne Office Suites is currently offering one month of free office space, and all its packages come with amenities, from personalized telephone answering to high-speed T1 Internet access. Strategic amenities are available on-demand, including secretarial services, copiers and faxes. And Crowne Office Suites offers you access to more than 500 locations around the world through a partnership network.
At the end of the day, you can move into a Crowne Office Suites location in the Atlanta area for $2,270 in up-front costs and $23,040 a year in office rent. According to Crowne’s calculations, that compares to $22,255 up-front costs and $73,823 a year for a traditional office space.
If you prefer a virtual office, you can tap into Crowne Office Suites’ “virtual image plans” that start at $50 a month. There are three plans: gold, silver and bronze. At $270, the gold package can cost you almost as much as a full office space rental. But when you consider that it comes with 16 hours of conference room or daily office use per month, it may be a very attractive deal for entrepreneurs who need a part-time office with a full-time reception service.

Looks like a pretty good provider of office space in the Atlanta area. I really love it when you offer the cost comparisons. That really drives the point home. Some people, many people, still don’t have an awareness of the cost advantages of serviced office space for small to mid-sized businesses or large corporations with satellite offices. This really spells it out.

I think that gold virtual office plan sounds amazing. It’s like having the best of both worlds — a day office and conference room when you need one at half the price of a traditional office space with all the benefits. I am not sure if other serviced office companies offer this type of hybrid pricing, but I think this is great.

One clarification to the $23,000 figure is that it is for 2 offices, for a total of 300 feet plus the shared services and commons areas. This would be significant enough space for 2-6 workstations, and typically what an executive suite will recommend for businesses that are looking for 1000 square feet.

Nice to be mentioned. We have more virtual plans now with a variety of options and a new virtual website in the works.

I am looking for something that can host a Creative Management/Model Agency. We have different departments and divisions so this probably wouldn’t work for my type of business right?
