Corporate Suites Rolls Out By-the-House Office Space

NEW YORK – Corporates Suites is tweaking its business model, getting even more flexible with its New York executive office suites and virtual office space.

Corporate Suites just announced a new service for Manhattan office space clients: rentable furnished offices by the hour.

The on-demand office space aims to attract business people and companies in town for meetings or short-term projects that require temporary New York office space. The private office space is completely furnished with executive desks, adjustable chairs, visitor seating, and a file cabinet or credenza.

“We are thrilled to be offering this new service to our already exciting list of amenities that we offer companies and consultants who need office space rental in Manhattan,” says Hayim Grant, president of Corporate Suites. “Hourly office rentals have become very popular already, especially at our Madison Avenue location.”

Grant is speaking about the location at the corner of Madison Avenue and 40th Street. The company’s Madison Avenue Business Center offers plenty of office amenities for entrepreneurs and companies of all sizes that need New York Office space, whether long-term or just for an hour.

Grant says the Madison Avenue Business is a popular choice for out-of-town businesses because it’s near Grand Central Terminal. It is also close to Times Square, Bryant Park, and plenty of dining and retail experiences. The serviced office provider’s other Manhattan locations also offer the on-demand options.

All of Corporate Suites’ Manhattan executive office suites feature a secured lobby with 24/7 access, as well as an onsite gourmet deli and bank branch. Beyond office space, the business center offers virtual office services, including a reception area with professional staff, phone answering services and mail handling. Conference rooms also feature state-of-the-art teleconferencing facilities.

Corporate Suites is on a roll. In May, Corporate Suites rolled out new Manhattan virtual office plans with new pricing and discounts. The changes were the result of virtual office client feedback. Hayim Grant, president of Corporate Suites, says he spoke with virtual office clients and business owners that the executive office suites provider serves, and asked for their feedback on how the company could improve virtual office offerings to make them more convenient to potential customers.
