Corporate Office Centers Opens Gilbert Arizona Serviced Office
Published November 3rd, 2009 by Jennifer LeClaire
Corporate Office Centers is on the move again. This time, the Arlington serviced office company is stepping across state lines to open a new office space in Gilbert, Arizona.
That makes five business center locations for Corporate Office Centers in Arizona and 30 nationwide, including facilities in California, Nevada, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Hawaii, Texas and Tennessee.
“Not only do our services provide a more cost effective alternative to conventional office leases, the flexibility they offer to quickly accommodate one workstation to several, allows businesses to right size for their needs and save expenses by avoiding paying for office and meeting room space that sits empty,” says Thad Pittman, president of Corporate Office Centers. “We handle the details of operating the workplace so our clients can focus valuable time on their core business.”
Corporate Office Centers’ latest center is open for business at 1166 East Warner Road, immediately north of the Western Skies Golf Club. The serviced office center is near Superstition Freeway (US 60) and San Tan Freeway (Loop 202) provides easy access to the entire valley.
There you’ll find single offices and private office space that can handle the needs of a single entrepreneur or a group of up to 25. Every office has a window with views of the surrounding valley or the building’s atrium garden.
Corporate Office Centers is located in a brand spanking new building and offers plenty of high-tech bells and whistles, including high-speed Internet services and conference rooms to host client and company meetings. Like other Corporate Office Centers, IT and admin services are also available on a pay-as-you-go basis so tenants aren’t burdened with the risk that comes from hiring employees.
“I am pleased to say that our company’s expansion plans are on track and we continue to look for opportunities in markets across the country,” Pittman says. “We remain committed to offering exceptional office space solutions and experiences.”

Where in the world is Gilbert, Arizona? I wonder what caused Corporate Office Centers to expand there. I mean, clearly there must be a need, but it’s probably not a center of business and industry, is it? Corporate Office Centers knows what it’s doing, though. I’m guessing there’s more to Gilbert than meets the eye.

Gilbert is in Maricopa County with a population of about 200,000. It’s a suburb of Phoenix and it borders Mesa. So this is a strategic location from that perspective. I remember when Gilbert was the fastest growing town in Arizona. That growth has slowed, but there’s been a lot of positive change there. Seems like a great place for a serviced office project.

Corporate Office Centers rocks. This company is really taking advantage of the market conditions to expand its footprint in the serviced office industry. Congratulations on another strategic move! Gilbert’s office scene will be a better place with the new competition from Corporate Office Centers.

I wonder where Corporate Office Centers will expand to next… this is great news for the serviced office industry. Corporate Office Centers is a great inspiration to companies trying to take their companies to the next level. There’s still lots of room for growth in the U.S. for executive suites providers. Corporate Office Centers just proved it.
