The Metro rail dropping off virtually at the doorstep of this Phoenix serviced office center is ideal. But it's even better considering there is a hotel right next to it. Both of these things equal automatic traffic. I'm not sure if they have any other natural traffic to speak of. But that's a good and very targeted start. I agree with Elizabeth.
