Corporate Office Centers Celebrates Phoenix-Tempe Location
Published September 22nd, 2009 by Jennifer LeClaire
One of the nation’s largest executive business suite operators just got a little bigger. Corporate Office Centers is planning a grand opening celebration for its newest location: Phoenix.
On October 1, Corporate Office Centers will christen its Phoenix-Tempe center located at 4600 E. Washington Street. Corporate Office Centers chose this location with an eye to the future. This area of Phoenix is experiencing a revitalization that, when complete, should drive more commuters there.
Many of the pieces are already in place. For example, METRO Light-Rail and commuter options are already available to Phoenix-Tempe from Sky Harbor International Airport. The revitalization also includes pedestrian-friendly access to hotels and other amenities.
“We are excited to open our doors for business and offer our new center and the services we provide to the Phoenix and Tempe business communities” said Thad Pittman, president of Corporate Office Centers. “We believe the center’s proximity to both downtown Phoenix and Tempe as well as the light rail and airport will provide a great office space option that is not currently being offered in the area.”
Corporate Office Centers’ new executive office suites location will take up residence on the third floor of an attractive office building. The company is calling its latest center a testament to the future look and feel of office space.
Here’s what you can expect when you visit Corporate Office Centers Phoenix-Tempe location: First, you’ll notice that the innovative building architecture features a sleek, modern metallic façade. When you enter, you’ll appreciate the interior of the center, which is contemporary and inviting. The interior of this business center complex offers private, occupant-ready offices, cost-effective part time virtual office plans, conference, meeting and training rooms.
Of course, you’ll also find an administrative support team, a fully equipped kitchen and lounge, a receptionist and personalized telephone answering, mail services and the latest in telephone and technology services.
Need more? A METRO Light Rail station is located steps from the building entrance and shuttle services to Sky Harbor Airport are offered via the METRO Light Rail. Directly adjacent to the building is a five-story parking garage, and the A-Loft Hotel by W Hotels is right next door.
In case you aren’t familiar with Corporate Office Centers, the company owns and operates 26 executive suite locations nationwide. Its mantra is to provide cost-effective, immediate office space solutions, virtual office plans, meeting facilities, administrative support services and network access to office space and business services worldwide.

How is the serviced office space market in Phoenix? I would imagine it’s pretty healthy. Looks like Corporate Office Centers chose an up and coming area to locate its 27th executive office suites center. The metro rail addition should be good for business. Makes it easy for folks to rent office space for a day while they are in town.

I agree with Elizabeth. The Metro rail dropping off virtually at the doorstep of this Phoenix serviced office center is ideal. But it’s even better considering there is a hotel right next to it. Both of these things equal automatic traffic. I’m not sure if they have any other natural traffic to speak of. But that’s a good and very targeted start.

Corporate Office Centers is an excellent brand in the executive office suites industry. You always know what to expect when you step inside one of their business centers. The staff is always friendly, the technology is always up to date. The locations are always well-positioned. Entrepreneurs in the Phoenix and Tempe areas definitely should be celebrating the opening of this new serviced office space.

Phoenix is only about 20 minutes from Tempe, so I can see how this new serviced office center can serve both markets. With the airport connection I agree that this is a good location. Other than that, what differentiates Corporate Office Centers from its competition? Location is good, but is that enough to compete with a business center a mile down the road?
