Cofco Executive Suites Serves Up Phoenix Office Space

Cofco Executive Suites. The serviced office provider took its name after the center in which it leased space—the Cofco Center in Phoenix—and offers Class-A office suites with business support services and plenty of amenities.

Cofco Executive Suites has a prime location near the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. So if you are the traveling type, that’s something to consider.  You’re also within walking distance to Marriot, DoubleTree Suites, and several other hotels, so if you have clients visiting the area you can put them in a hotel that makes it convenient for you to pick them up for your business meetings. Finally, Cofco Executive Suites is just 10 minutes away from Downtown Phoenix and eight minutes to Downtown Tempe.

Alternatively, if you typically stay put, you’ll have plenty of options for dining and conducting business among your neighbors in the Cofco Center. There are four restaurants and one coffee shop in the complex, as well as a full-service bank and a grocery store. And you can choose from underground reserved parking or free surface parking.

Going Inside Cofco
Inside the actual executive suites, you can choose office space that ranges in size from 100 square fee to 200 square feet. You can rent office space by the hour, day, month or even longer. You also have access to conference rooms with T-1 Internet by the hour or the day. And if you don’t need regular office space at all you can opt for a virtual office package. The virtual office packages run $150 a month. The company doesn’t list the rates for its executive office suites online.

Like many other executive suites companies, Cofco Executive Suites offers a list of optional services that aim to help you work smarter, faster and more efficiently. Those services include personalized telephone answering and voicemail, office furnishings, administrative support, fax and photocopy service, postage and office supplies, notary service, and an on-site fitness center.

Cofco Competes in Phoenix

Cofco seems to have plenty of satisfied customers. Sean Kosla of Human Capital Management, says, “Cofco Executive Suites gives our company the competing edge allowing us access to all the resources of our large competitors.” Mark Heightsman of Yusen Air & Sea Service adds, “The location and professional staff make it ideal to do business in the Phoenix area.” And Sharon Kobel of Medical Properties Group says, “As the only employee working for Medical Properties Group in our Phoenix office, I feel as if I have support of an extended staff with the services offered by your team.”

Of course, Cofco has plenty of Phoenix office space competition. Some of its competitors are Plaza Executive Suites, HQ Global Workplaces, Regus, Corporate Office Centers, Abacus Executive Suites and Advantage Office Suites. It looks like a healthy serviced office market in Phoenix with plenty of options in many parts of the city.

This is a pretty good picture of the Phoenix office space landscape, from the executive suites side. It looks like all the usual suspects are there. I like what I hear from Cofco. It’s a funny name, but aligning the name with the shopping mall’s name is smart, too, because people associate the two pretty quickly. So far as amenities, the fitness center, restaurants and banks being right at your finger tips is very convenient. It sounds like an overall great location.

Who could forget a name like Cofco. Very unusual. It must mean something to the Phoenix locals. I agree with @Elizabeth that this seems like a great location. Very convenient on all fronts, and yet set apart enough from Downtown to avoid the hustle and bustle. This reminds me of Regus’ suburb strategy, but it’s not quite the same because this is still Phoenix we’re talking about.
