This is the type of initiative that’s going to bring a lot of attention to serviced offices, flexible offices, shared offices and the like. I’m sure COPA’s members are well aware of that. This is a win-win for everybody, and those are just the kind of partnerships that tend to succeed.

I think the revenue sharing arrangement might scare some serviced office space providers away. But I if this is organized right, it could drive so much revenue while also helping entrepreneurs tap into affordable office space that it won’t matter. You might think of it like a marketing program in some sense. I am also glad to see this Coalition of Office Space Providers.

What a way for the serviced office industry to take leadership. This collection of office providers really offers a diverse range of options for start-ups. I am really glad to see an effort like this in New York City. This sort of office space coalition is something that other large metros, like Miami, Chicago, and Los Angeles, may want to take notice of.
