Chase Executive Suites Networks in Los Angeles
Published October 15th, 2009 by Jennifer LeClaire
Looking for executive suites in Los Angeles? Chase has you covered. No, not Chase as in the major bank. Chase Executive Suites.
Chase Executive Suites operates four serviced office facilities in Los Angeles – all four of them on Wilshire Boulevard. But the company is also smart enough to hook up with executive suite operators in other parts of the City of Angels and its suburbs. In all, Chase Executive Suites has 14 serviced office space partners in various regions, including Los Angeles, Torrance, Pomona, Inglewood – and even two facilities in Dallas.
Chase Executive Suites locates in Class A buildings and has plenty of façade pictures for its serviced office facilities. The details about what the company offers and its pricing are relatively scant, but here’s what we do know: the company offers full-time executive suites, part-time executive suites, conference/meeting rooms and virtual office space.
Drilling down into the full-time executive suites, Chase Executive Suites offers a private office, 24/7 access and security, a receptionist with waiting area, 10 free conference hours each month, mail sorting and delivery, and daily cleaning services. You can also opt for customized answering with remote access, postage service, mail forwarding, high-speed Internet access, a copy machine and a facsimile for an additional cost, as well as support services.
Chase Executive Suites offers either month-to-month leases or longer terms. Like most serviced office facilities, this Los Angeles executive suite doesn’t post its rates online – except for virtual offices, which it calls Corporate Identity Plans. What you pay for a virtual office space should give you some sense of how much the serviced office prices are.
For example, the Corporate Identity Platinum package runs $275 a month. For that price you get 20 hours of day office or conference room use, free high-speed Internet access, free unlimited local calls, customized phone answering, a business address, local business number and voice mail box, among other standard virtual office staples. If you need high-class business center access in Los Angeles, Chase Executive Suites seems to have the tools you can use.

Are you sure Chase Executive Suites doesn’t have any connection to Chase Manhattan Bank? I certainly wouldn’t be surprised. Having several office suites for rent on Wilshire Boulevard is pretty impressive. That must be a high demand area for office space in Los Angeles, I’m guessing. More power to them.

I had the same question about Chase Executive Suites. So I went to their web site and tried to get an answer. What I discovered was there is no about us page. There is no information on who or what is behind the Los Angeles serviced office brand. But I would have to guess that if it were the banking giant they would have to clearly spell that out since it’s a public company. Maybe someone from Chase Executive Suites will tell us more.

It’s interesting. I guess if you don’t want to buy conference room and private office space you don’t need, you wouldn’t want to opt for this company. Committing to 20 hours of private office use is probably not feasible for a lot of entrepreneurs in Los Angeles. I’m assuming Chase Executive Suites also has some lower packages, since this one is the platinum version.

If I was going to rent office space in Los Angeles, I would definitely at least check out Chase Executive Suites. I think these are some of the nicest serviced office facilities in Los Angeles, and they only partner with other high-quality companies. I think it’s too bad they don’t offer a virtual tour of the inside. It’s really sweet!
