Chapman Executive Suites Leverages Starbucks as Competitive Advantage

Here’s something I’ve been waiting to see all year long – and it finally happened. A executive suites company is using the fine Starbucks Coffee name to gain the attention of entrepreneurs and small businesses looking for the tipping point in their choice of office space.
Sure, it’s just coffee. But who doesn’t love Starbucks?
Chapman Executive Suites is pushing out a marketing message that includes two full-time, bilingual receptionists, five plasma TVs, six conference rooms with televisions, DVD players, interior offices with sky lights and floor-to-ceiling windows, and, yes, five kitchens with free Starbucks Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, snacks and sodas vending machines.
While you might appreciate the on-site shoe shining machine and car wash, the free Starbucks coffee might be one of the best productivity tools for those like me who start early, work late, and rarely wash their car.
What’s more, Chapman Executive Suites is located in a great area one block east of Orange 57 freeway. It’s just a mile to the Orange Family Court House, three miles from the Santa Ana Courthouse, convenient to Main Place Mall, Nordstrom’s & City Shopping Center, close to UPS, Federal Express & DHL Pick-Up service, near Anaheim Stadium Metro-Link and just down the street from Orange Circle Metro Link Rail Train Station.
Office space at Chapman runs from $399 to $1,250 at 2230 West Chapman Avenue in Orange, California. The company is running move-in specials for the new year. If you are looking for office space in Orange, this is a good place to put on your short list.

You are funny. I love Starbucks, too. If everything else was equal between office space to office space, I’d go with the free Starbucks. This company also has a great handle on showing and not just telling. They do some great YouTube videos of their serviced office facility that are worth checking out.

Starbucks as a competitive advantage… I think an espresso machine would be better than hot cocoa. But I get your point. Little things like having Starbucks coffee instead of Folgers can make a difference with the brand’s image. Starbucks coffee isn’t exactly cheap compared to the grocery store brands. I am not sure it’s reason enough to choose an office space, but if you are ticking off amenities, this might get some attention.

They also have Direct T.V. with the 900 channels, Nfl package Angels,Ducks Dodger,Horse racing,Kids channels,Car Wash,Shoe shine,Salsa,Go Go,Hawaiian classes,Six new Conference rooms,Five kitchens, Two Bilingual receptionist.

Chapman Offices gives my Photograph studio a much larger presence (clean office space & address, nice meeting rooms and live Spanish speaking receptionists). Further, their staff is very attentive and always ready to assist my customers. They offer executive offices, with VERY flexible leasing terms. I could not go and lease an office anywhere else and get a better deal for my budget. I will say that I love being a tenant at Chapman Suites.
