WASHINGTON, D.C. – Carr Workplaces continues to impress me with its expansion strategy in the Washington, D.C. area. The alternative office space provider just opened executive office suites in Arlington at the Clarendon Square Building.
Located at 3033 Wilson Blvd., the Clarendon center is located between Rosslyn and Ballston in Arlington County. Carr said its expansion is a response to the growing demand for flexible office space in this corridor, as well as the national trend toward turnkey office space. Carr Workplaces allows clients to save 30 percent over conventional real estate options.
“Clarendon is well known for an incredible sense of community and the ‘live, work, play’ combination that Carr Workplaces recognizes is important to our clients,” said Claire Luik, area president for the executive office suites provider. “Since we opened our Rosslyn center in 2009, we’ve had numerous requests for a flexible workplace center in this market. We’re thrilled for the opportunity to serve this vibrant section of the Rosslyn/Ballston corridor.”
Carr Workplaces’ Arlington executive office suites is on the top floor of the seven-floor Clarendon Square building. The 24,380-square-foot serviced office space center features three conference rooms, 68 offices – some with panoramic views of Washington, D.C. – and five large team rooms. The building also features onsite banking, staff security, a fitness center and restaurant.
Carr Workplaces hit the nail on the head with the location. The American Planning Association recently named the Wilson and Clarendon corridor one of “10 Great Streets” in the U.S. for exceptional character and as a community of lasting value.
Opening executive office suites in Arlington at this location aligns with the company’s commitment to convenience at high-power and prestigious addresses. Clarendon Square is adjacent to Clarendon Metro station, in the center of an urban environment with restaurants, retail stores and office buildings, and close to affluent residential neighborhoods.
“We are very excited to move into Carr Workspace’s brand new Clarendon office,” says Kate Brogden, principal and managing partner of Evolve Partners. “Their management continues to offer exceptional client service and is very accommodating in providing us the customization we want.”
Carr Workplaces operates more than 30 executive office suites facilities in key business markets across the U.S., including Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County and San Francisco.
