Looks like what we've got here is a solid company with a strong location that's promising the lowest costs in towns, or at least affordable prices. Since so few list their prices, those claims are easy to make in the executive office suites industry. Definitely a strategic location for office space on Peachtree Road. And, yes, you are right --- free office space gets your attention. They probably offer free office space for a month when you sign a year's lease or something. Looks like a great place to office.
