Buckhead Midtown Office Suites Offers Free Rent in Atlanta

Buckhead Midtown Office Suites bills itself as Atlanta’s top choice for affordable executive office suites. The tagline caught my attention, so I decided to check it out.
One of the first things I noticed is that the serviced office provider is offering free rent. “Free” always gets your attention, doesn’t it? Buckhead Midtown Office Suites doesn’t explain anywhere on its Web site how you get that free rent, how long it lasts, or any other details. But it is enough to cause me to dive a little deeper and see what else they have to offer.
The next thing I noticed was the location. As its name suggests, Buckhead Midtown Office Suites is located in Buckhead on Peachtree Road. Anyone who has ever been to Atlanta knows that Peachtree Road is one of the key places to be in this southern city. In all, the serviced office facility offers 37 spaces, along with a variety of accommodations, amenities and services.
Buckhead Midtown Office Suites also promises easy access from Peachtree via a stop light interchange, concierge services on site, and new carpeting and newly decorated common areas. Of course, it was new in the fall of 2006, making it about four years old. Depending on how much wear and tear the facility has seen, it may not look so new anymore.
Back to the “free” front, Buckhead Midtown Office Suites also offers free parking within a few steps of entry to its office space, as well as free business phone and fax lines and T1 high speed Internet access and up to four hours of free conference room usage each month. The serviced office provider also makes available secretarial, copying, and mailing services. Beyond all the ‘freebies,’ Buckhead promises it has the best price in Buckhead or Midtown Atlanta. This is definitely one worth checking out.

Looks like a great place to office. I hadn’t heard of Buckhead Midtown Office Suites, but judging by the name they are trying to cover as many local neighborhoods as possible. Definitely a strategic location for office space on Peachtree Road. And, yes, you are right — free office space gets your attention. They probably offer free office space for a month when you sign a year’s lease or something.

Lots of freebies from Buckhead Midtown Office Suites, but I don’t think that’s anything unusual in the serviced office space. Looks like what we’ve got here is a solid company with a strong location that’s promising the lowest costs in towns, or at least affordable prices. Since so few list their prices, those claims are easy to make in the executive office suites industry.
