I am not sure what ABT's unique value proposition is, other than that they've been around for a long time and have to be a reputable player in the serviced office space. From their web site, I don't see anything special going on there, though. The graphic design services, I suppose, are a nice twist. With 10 executive suites projects, I think ABT has a real opportunity to make a move to differentiate itself more in the Dallas and Fort Worth markets.

I'm somewhat familiar with ABT Executive Suites. I think they grew from nine serviced office facilities to 10 last year. They definitely have a good name brand in Dallas. It will be interesting to see if they continue to grow there and how they continue to compete with Regus and others.
