ABT Executive Suites Making Impact in Dallas-Fort Worth
Published January 13th, 2010 by Jennifer LeClaire
ABT Executive Suites is making an impact on the serviced office scene in two key Texas cities: Dallas and Fort Worth. The executive suites provider has office space in 10 Class-A facilities strategically peppered across these Southwestern metropolitans.
That makes ABT the largest independent executive suite enterprise in the area – and the company has a great reputation for providing premier offices, suites, and business services at competitive office rental rates.
ABT offers all the traditional services and amenities you’d expect to find in a serviced office space, from the prestigious business address to the on-site manager and from the professional receptionist to greet your clients to the state-of-the-art business equipment.
When you rent office space from ABT, you also get 40 hours of free conference room usage a month, as well as reciprocal use of conference rooms at any ABT location. With the breadth of locations across Dallas and Fort Worth, you have good coverage for a quick meeting in strategic business neighborhoods.
ABT Executive Suites clients can also tap into full-service graphics and printing services. This can be especially attractive to start-ups that are still working to put together their marketing collateral and Web site. And, of course, the Dallas-owned executive suite company also offers virtual offices with various options.
If you are looking for an executive suite in Dallas or Fort Worth, ABT Executive Suites is a good place to start your hunt. With competition among serviced office providers heavy in this region, you should be able to negotiate a good rate at whatever provider you choose.

I’m somewhat familiar with ABT Executive Suites. I think they grew from nine serviced office facilities to 10 last year. They definitely have a good name brand in Dallas. It will be interesting to see if they continue to grow there and how they continue to compete with Regus and others.

I am not sure what ABT’s unique value proposition is, other than that they’ve been around for a long time and have to be a reputable player in the serviced office space. From their web site, I don’t see anything special going on there, though. The graphic design services, I suppose, are a nice twist. With 10 executive suites projects, I think ABT has a real opportunity to make a move to differentiate itself more in the Dallas and Fort Worth markets.
