@Elizabeth...The first thing I noticed was the similar names as well, very confusing.

Having worked in the business, being able to control your own thermostat is a major plus for tenants. Often the property manager controls the thermostat and you are constantly calling them to raise or lower the temperature for each and every client.

Noisy neighbors are often another hurdle. Clients who use the phone a lot can often get under the skin of a quiet neighbor. Sound dampening features are a great idea.

AHES has come up with a couple of ways to pitch their suites that the average tenant can appreciate and the average company doesn't offer. Now they just need to change their name.

Some competition is good for the local market. I can see how potential customers could get confused, though. The names of these two business centers are almost identical. Next question: Does Regus offer serviced office space in Anaheim Hills? And, if so, how do the prices compare? I've heard Regus is usually more expensive than its smaller competitors.

ABCN just keeps getting bigger doesn't it? Anaheim Hills Executive Suites sounds like a nice new serviced office facility that has its mind set on competing in the local marketplace. I'm sure Anaheim Hills Business Center isn't too happy to see the new kid on the block. The questions is, are they actually both owned by the same company or not? And are both serviced office facilities members of ABCN?
