ABCN Woos Anaheim Hills Executive Suites

The latest serviced office company to join the Alliance Business Center Network,  or ABCN, is none other than Anaheim Hills Executive Suites in Anaheim, California.

Eric Homme manages Anaheim Hills Executive Suites. It’s a brand new business center at 155 N. Riverview Drive in the 92808 area code. Managed by Kathy Kelly, the new ABCN member facility is just 18 miles from John Wayne Airport and 43 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport. Anaheim Hills Executive Suites gives its tenants quick access to the 91 freeway, and the 241 toll road is just a mile away.

Noteworthy is the fact that this serviced office provider is hardly alone in its local market. A competitor, Anaheim Hills Business Center, is located at 160 North Riverview Drive. Anaheim Hills Business Center is managed by ESDI. I’ve written about them before.

It’s hard to discern the difference between the two based on the Web sites alone. Clearly, location-wise they are on par. This is why taking a tour of facilities is vital. Often Web sites don’t paint the whole picture, for better or worse.

In any case, Anaheim Hills Executive Suits offers executive suites, virtual offices and conference rooms. The facility has first, second and third floor options. There’s a live receptionist, high-speed T1 Internet, secretarial services, kitchen facilities, and, my favorite, Starbucks coffee and tea.

Here’s how the company describes its full-service executive suites: “Each office has its own thermostat controls so you will never be too hot or too cold in your office ever again. Each office is built with the full height walls and sound dampening ceilings providing optimal privacy. Nearly all offices enjoy several windows and we currently have 18 offices available with private balconies. We supply everything you need to operate your business from professional receptionists, high speed internet with tech. support, and beautifully appointed conference rooms. We strive to offer a complete office solutions, so you can focus your time on growing and managing your business.”

If you’ve visited this serviced office space, let us know. We’re always interested in first hand accounts of executive office suite experiences.

ABCN just keeps getting bigger doesn’t it? Anaheim Hills Executive Suites sounds like a nice new serviced office facility that has its mind set on competing in the local marketplace. I’m sure Anaheim Hills Business Center isn’t too happy to see the new kid on the block. The questions is, are they actually both owned by the same company or not? And are both serviced office facilities members of ABCN?

Some competition is good for the local market. I can see how potential customers could get confused, though. The names of these two business centers are almost identical. Next question: Does Regus offer serviced office space in Anaheim Hills? And, if so, how do the prices compare? I’ve heard Regus is usually more expensive than its smaller competitors.

@Elizabeth…The first thing I noticed was the similar names as well, very confusing.

Having worked in the business, being able to control your own thermostat is a major plus for tenants. Often the property manager controls the thermostat and you are constantly calling them to raise or lower the temperature for each and every client.

Noisy neighbors are often another hurdle. Clients who use the phone a lot can often get under the skin of a quiet neighbor. Sound dampening features are a great idea.

AHES has come up with a couple of ways to pitch their suites that the average tenant can appreciate and the average company doesn’t offer. Now they just need to change their name.
