Abbey Business Centres Launches Satisfaction Guarantee

We’ve seen all sorts of promotions in the serviced office industry in recent months. Many of them have revolved around free office space – from one month to one year.
Abbey Business Centres is breaking free from the status quo with a new promotion that aims to prove its serviced office facilities and customer service are not to be beat. The service is dubbed “Satisfaction Guarantee.”

With its industry-first customer service guarantee, Abbey Business Centres is hoping to get the attention of companies that have not worked in an executive suite facility before. Wow. That’s a pretty bold offer. It seems like I did see a serviced office company in Singapore offer a money back guarantee once. But that may have been for virtual offices. In any case, Abbey is a great company and this is a great offer. People who have hesitated to try serviced offices should feel better about it with a service guarantee. I wonder if other executive suite companies will be forced to follow suit?
